We also discussed that we need to try to increase activity on the Forums. The Forums is what holds this clan together. It helps us keep records, plan events and activities, contact those whom we may never seem to catch online, meet new people from other branches, and much more.

I spoke to the Corporals about their Sergeant promotions. I reminded them that before they may be considered, they shall sign-up on the forums and be able to recite the recruiting speech. Aside from that, Corporals need to put forth some effort into the clan and show some form of leadership qualities.

We also went over the schedule of events again. I asked that we remind others of upcoming events when we see them. (Example: I'm playing with Donovan72 around noon on Sunday. I simply ask if he will be attending the Tourney that night. If he forgot that it was tournament night, he was subtly reminded. It's not hard.)

Discussed a possible clan battle which may turn out to be a 3-clan tourney. MWD1977 has two contacts from two different clans who want to clan battle. MWD1977 will be setting up the 3-clan tourney. If things don't pan out as hoped, we may end up having two different clan battles.

I brought up at the meeting that I would like to draw our members' attention to the following sections of the Flawless section of the forum. Ideas, Ask you Captains a question, Chatting Thread, and Recruiting Challenge (Which was brought up and explained at the meeting).

Barber told us about his truck getting stuck in some mud.

WAR PapaRouge read some funny definitions. Everyone laughed.

Discussed getting rid of ODST night due to lack of good turnout. So far, ODST night has not occurred due to low turnout.

Discussed that when MW2 is released and the new branch starts, a handful of people will be moved over to the new branch to get it up and running. The new branch which is currently nameless will have a 30-day evaluation period for the upper-leadership to decide if it would be best to transfer over more members. Members of Flawless may request to be part of the initial transfer by contacting WAR PapaRouge, who will be making a list to turn-in to the upper-leadership.

11-1-09 Flawless Meeting

Low attendance - Members who attend meetings often were present, so we just discussed things that were new.

WAR FATALITY117 is hosting the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 party event on Friday November 13th, 2009 @ 8PM EST (5PM Pacific) (Friday the 13th, lol) Look for WAR FATALITY117 and join his party in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 at that time to check out the new game. Will aim to play Team Deathmatch, but will succumb to what the majority wants to play.

The 3-way clan battle is being reduced into two separate clan battles. Keep an eye out for MWD1977's post for details.

Our Monday Night event has not been drawing attention. We are looking to rotate it with other events. The set schedule has not yet been determined, but here are ideas we are looking at: Other Game Night, Action Sack Night, Karaoke Night, and Sniper Night. Other ideas may come into play. But as an example of how this might work, I will draw out a hypothetical situation: 1st Monday of the month - ODST Night, 2nd Monday of the month - Karaoke Night, 3rd - Other Game Night, 4th - Action Sack Night, 5th (if applicable) - Sniper Night.

Officers were reminded of what their duties entail. In addition, all officers are expected to bring in new recruits to keep their ranks.

The age limit for recruiting has been dropped to 16 years of age. Ages 17+ recruits need to be approved by a Lieutenant or higher rank. Age 16 recruits need to be approved by a Captain or higher rank. All recruits need to be given the speech and posted on the Forum. A message needs to be sent to the Flawless tag alerting who approved the recruit and who recruited him or her. All recruits must have his or her motto in uniform before sending a friend request to the Flawless tag.

Members were alerted that WAR Barrage has been disbanded and to expect the possibility of some of those members making their way into Flawless. Those members will be welcomed with open arms.

Stated that we would like to see increased Forum activity. I drew attention to such threads as the Ideas thread, the WAR Flawless Chatting thread, and the Ask Your Captains a Question thread. When one does not know where to post, these are good threads to start on. We're always accepting ideas and answering questions. Apart from that, you can simply just shout out.

Recruit and Privates were instructed on how to earn their next promotion: Simply just be involved with the rest of the clan. Getting noticed and being cool are the two key elements to getting those first two promotions.

We're attempting to revisit the idea of an interclan battle with The Mustangs. WAR FATALITY117 will be attempting to contact WAR Mustangs to plan the battle. Be on the lookout on updates for that thread, which is already started.

Tournament Night will now be run by Lathia Shuaz on Sundays at 6PM EST. Keep an eye on the tournaments section of Halo 3 for details of upcoming tournaments. Please make every attempt to attend all tournaments so that everybody will have an enjoyable experience.

We are proud of our recruiting in the last few days. The majority of our members have turned a complete 180 in the recruiting department. Recruits continue to flow in. In fact, it's nearly too many to keep track of. However, we do our best and we're making sure they are getting involved in our events. Just because we've had this sudden burst in recruiting effort, doesn't mean that we should take a break. We are always in the need for new recruits. So keep up the good work and your efforts will surely pay off.

We've been asked for the introduction of squads once again. This time, we're considering it. Due to recent improvement in recruiting, our numbers should soon be at a level where having squads would be a working possibility. Look for the Squads thread to give ideas for a squad.

Monday Nights is now a Rotating Events Night. Confused? I'm not surprised. Each Monday night will hold a different event from the previous. One of those events will be Other Game Night, which will include ODST. So that's what we'll start with. Look for the Rotating Event thread to give event ideas.

I let the LT's know that I expect regular Rosters being posted. Also LT's are reminded that they are erquired to make at least one post on the WAR Forum per week.

Asked SGT's and LT's to randomly check the mottos, symbols, and colors of anyone ranked equal or below their respective rank. When they find someone out of uniform, they are to politely ask them to return to uniform.

Reminded members that when recruiting, they must make sure that each recruit gets approved by the proper officer and each recruit is required to get in uniform immediately.
