Possible to hold meetings on Forums????

Subject: Possible to hold meetings on Forums???? Sun Apr 27, 2008 4:38 pm

Just out of curiosity, would it be possible to host the meetings on xbl as well as in the chatter box or in some sort of forum. That way those of us not able to be near our box but we are able to be near a computer could partake. I know I'm prolly the only one interested but it's a suggestion at least. Thanks

well like get 1 person who can lead meetings, have them go in the chatbox and then have some members go in too

Inisinite, you could have the clan meeting on XBL and have one person sitting in the room also sitting at their computer in the chat box talking with the other clan members in the clan on the chat box letting them know what is being said. THis way also the people not on XBL can chat to the said person moderating between the two rooms and let them know if they have anything to bring up.

It sounds like it could work, but then you would also have all the other people, who are not in the meeting, in the chat box laging it.
But it is a good idea to try!

Well, now that it's cleared up that would be kinda cool. But like Mirage said, chat box lag sucks bad.

So again I won't be able to attend the meeting on Sunday night as I have to work a double shift on Sat and Sun, 7 am - 11 pm both days'. Would anyone care to get in the chat box at 9pm est I will be able to be in the chatbox as i will be at work doing absolutely nothing.

The only problem I can see with meetings being in the chatbox is that the fact that it will kinds be kicking the other people out of the box who arent there for the meeting.

You guys can give it a try, but It might just be best to have a set person recap the meeting in your clans forum section(Lieutenants should be doing this anyways). It just needs to be done in a timely fashion, like that night or the next day as soon as possible.

Kinevil, I should be able to get on the chatbox Sunday. Even if this is not permanent, it can be used intermittently to keep you up to date. We'll give it a try and see how things work.
